I'm not quite sure what to make of the polls which consistently put GWB at 30%, and the Congress lower. I think that most of them are overstated. I doubt the GOP loses either House, but who knows. If the President and GOP leadership can do the following, they'll probably do fine.

Cut the taxes
Cut the spending
Win the war
Confirm the judges
Secure the border
